Manufactured
to the highest standards using solid, kiln dried Canadian hardwoods
– finished in a penetrating coat of stain, sealed in a sanding
sealer and finished in a clear, catalyst lacquer with a sheen level
of 25. In addition Shaw uses a variety of substrates like Medium
Density Fiberboard (MDF) with thermofused melamine or a decorative
foil surfaces. Veneer core plywood and a vast choice of thermofused
melamine (TFM) and high pressure laminates: solids, woodgrains,
abstracts and metallics and textured finishes. Powder coated tubular
steel, ceramics and stainless steel fascias, Plexi and acrylics and
roto-molded plastics plus non-carcinogenic paints and inks.

A variety of
options: removable and adjustable shelves, "fixed stop" or slide out
bases and drawers, acrylic shelf stops, slotted POS signage holders,
stainless steel accessories (i.e. ice trays), food approved vinyl's,
high-density plastic bumper guard systems (stock colors- beige,
green and red), adjustable leveling legs with nylon glides or
heavy-duty locking swivel casters.
One-year defect/workmanship replacement warranty on your
installation, we provide dedicated field follow-up long after you’re
up and running. Shaw has an internal quality assurance program that
guarantees that each project supervisor is responsible for signing
off each product run, as a licensed industrial woodworker.
